    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    1. I'm new to West Coast Swing.  Can I join?
    YES! Everyone is welcome, however we strongly recommend that you are comfortable with the basic patterns of West Coast Swing for the benefit of you and the other students.
    If you are brand new to this dance, check out www.WCSCalgary.com for learning opportunities with us or other local clubs, prior to attending the Workshops.

    2. What should I bring?
    Comfortable clothing & clean indoor shoes are all you need!  Water bottle suggested, and a notebook/pen if you are keen to take notes.

    3. Drinking Water?
    The kitchen is accessible for tap water, and free bottled water will be provided throughout the weekend.

    4. Cancellation Policy?
    As a first option, please attempt to transfer your pass to a peer, so that we maintain registration numbers for event planning purposes. Contact us HERE to confirm who will use your pass.  If transferring is not an option, contact us and we will help find a solution!

    5. Parking?
    Tool Shed Brewery - FREE venue parking lot, tons of space!

    Ballroom & Country Studio - FREE street parking.  The nearby Safeway does NOT offer community parking, park at your own risk in their lot.

    Sunalta Community Hall - FREE parking lot attached to the the venue.  Most street parking in the area is also free, but verify with street signage.

    6. Video Recording?
    Short content recaps will be done at the end of each workshop, which can be video recorded. Recorded content is for personal use and not to be distributed or shared via social media. No video recording allowed DURING the workshops.
