"The BLC is a comprehensive West Coast Swing educational map, teaching dancers to both speak and listen to the kinetic communication the way we actually dance on the social floor. Instead of steps and patterns, this approach uses secondary language-learning techniques to empower dancers to express and dance confidently, resulting in magical social dances. We’ll discuss the grammar, vocabulary, and cultural systems that make west coast swing a literal dance language.Join us as we share the educational divides and social challenges that are pushing new dancers away and explore solutions that Instructors and Enthusiasts around the world are using to create explosive growth in their communities."
